I have only had this less than two years and already it doesn’t till dirt deeper than 2”. The tiller stops working. Customer service hours are terrible and no support on weekends. I won’t be buying from Greenworks again. I had someone on the bot chat and lost connection. No one reached out to me and I have no idea if I am getting a replacement. SMH 🤦‍♂️

As a professional landscaper I use a lot of power tools daily and since I am health conscious I only use Greenworks battery tools. They are quiet powerful and get the job done. The hedge trimmers are my favorite tool I use them more than any tool I have. They are the perfect weight and length easy to carry up ladders and shape bushes and hedges.... I would not be without them. Greenworks is an excellent company I have met the owners of the company and they are good honest hardworking committed folks. Their customer service is outstanding I called to find out how to sharpen the blades and the gentleman I spoke with emailed me several videos to review which where most helpful. I highly recommend this tool and any of the many other Greenworks tools I have - I consider them fantastic investments valuable tools and a great company!

Quiet easy light awesome.

Customer service is abysmal. Expect to wait 3+ hours in the phone just to learn they do not have any service or replacement parts available.

Bought to till between rows in a garden 8 miles from home. Light weight and worked perfectly.

Very light in weight it will bounce on hard pack soil once you have started the engine when soil is penetrated the tiller will break down the chunks rapidly to about 8-10 deep . Adjust the length of the handles according to your height ( comfort and control ) . The paper instruction pamphlet is poor /incomplete not very instructive - Go online

East to use runs a very long time on one battery. Great for gardening!

I tried using it back and forth and then tried in a arcing motion. It worked well both ways. But I found it easier in the sweeping motion. I am 69 female with back issues and this was relatively easy to use. I like how big the wheels are for transporting it from one location to another.

Works great for small areas and between garden rows. Light and easy to handle. I bought the tool only because I already had two 60V batteries and chargers.

Excellent product. Churns through the battery fairly fast. It’s a good idea to have a second battery. It get the job done and I’m happy with the purchase.

Love this tool

Easy to start operate and maneuver; great to be able to start and restart without having to fight the machine each time. No gas or mixing benefiting the environment. Tilling easy and fast.

My wife purchased me the hedge trimmer. I cut the cord by accident on the electric hedge trimmer. Any way I liked it so much we purchased the Blower chainsaw and then the tiller. I was so impressed I ordered the 25 Dual blade dual battery. My only disappointment is it was returned to sender. First I was ever excited about buying a lawnmower.

Does everything it’s suppose to do. However I was using it this evening. I wish it had led lights.

The cultivator works great. My only complaint is the the handle is a little long and it doesn't quite with enough to really cultivate well.

Love the ease of use and the durability of my Pro 60V cultivator. We planted a vegetable garden and having this made it so easy to get it ready.

Light weight enough to use easily but strong enough to break the ground in my yard for a flower patch. It took patience and multiple passes over the area. The result was just what I wanted.

The handles are way too high and not adjustable even for a person with the height of 5' 9. This tool works only if the land is free of grass or weeds. Thinking that this tool does the same job as the tractor tiller I used it to till the land with grass and weed it never lifted the soil or the roots of the debris.

The tiller arrived. I unpacked it. The felt washers were missing. I have been listening to recorded messages for nearly an hour. I can't recommend the product asI can't yetuse it. Service leaves much to be desired!

More powerful than I expected.

Tiller is fun and easy to use. Is doing the job I expected it to do. Great to have a tiller that starts so easily and tills with the power I had hoped for.

I purchased and after 5 uses one of the prongs broke off inside the main housing/battery holder. I still call once a month for a replacement of even just the battery housing - but am always waiting on hole. I loved this machine but the company is crap for anything that may go wrong with it.. So now I am in the hopes that I may hear something-but doubtful. I wasted 300.00 of my paycheck to use this for a month!!!

I bought this to replace a gas powered mini cultivator that I only use twice a year. No mixing gas and pulling a cord until worn out to start! Seems just as powerful and used the same 60v platform as my mower. I'm pretty sold.
