First week using go kart . It rides good and supports my weight at 255lbs however I can clearly see this thing has never reached anywhere close to 20 miles in eco my son is constantly swapping the batteries charging them . Using my mower batteries to make it through the day . Looks like y’all making some false claims

Kids love the idea of having a kart that matches the mini bike from the same company and is already an amazing product meaning the bike. If the mini bike is awsome the 2 person go-kart should be as well

Purchased for grand-kids to learn electric motor control and driving skills. luckily we have several acres to drive on mostly grass and the unit handles very well. easy to assemble but needed help several times for lifting the cart. They (Son & daughter in law) take turns riding with the 10yo and 8yo until they feel confident handling the go cart. Boy! on sport mode hold on to your hat! Overall review is fantastic seat belts are to large in general this go cart will really help the kids graduate up to larger vehicles.

Bought this from Tractor Supply. I’ve had it for 13 days now. One of the batteries stopped charging (charger blinks red). I’ve been on the phone waiting for assistance for close to an hour now. I haven’t even spoke to anyone yet. What kind of nonsense is this?! I hope someone can assist me soon and get me a new battery!!!

Bought this two weeks ago. Was missing Hardware to put kart together. After calling every single day and emailing I finally was told they would have to replace the entire kart and they were unable to just send me a replacement bag of hardware... So my kids will have to wait another two weeks likely to get the new kart. This has been nothing short of a headache.

Go kart drives great. Only issue was minor shipping damage and manufacturer defect on the cross bar in the back.

It's the same setup that comes on the go kart. Install was a breeze.

Mix up with delivery waited 2 weeks but I don't think it was Greenworks fault. Great little cart. The screen had 2 scratches on it. Didn't bother calling them since it will have a lot more when kids get to it. Overall happy so far!

I purchased directly from Greenworks and shipping took about 2 weeks to arrive. The Gokart came packed in a steel cage on top of wooden pallets. Unbolting the metal cage was 1/3 the whole process. Assembling the go-kart was fairly straightforward and helps if you have some ratchets and power tools. (Took about an hour).The batteries charge fairly quickly which is a huge perk of having Li-ion batteries over standard SLA batteries. My kids love the speed and handling of the go kart. They previously had the Ninebot pro gonoarts and although they hit the same speeds those lacked any off-road capabilities which this greenworks go kart has.We used a GPS to determine that we hit a top speed of 29mph in our go kart on a declined road and maintains 25 uphill and neutral roads. Driving on grass or gravel knocks you down to around 15-20mph.The go kart can struggle to ascend steep inclines but so far has managed everything we have thrown at it. The light bar is a little weak for night riding and you may want to add additional auxillary lights for visibility.One design flaw is the lack of an e-brake or parking brake. The go-kart will roll when getting in and out of it as well as when parked on uneven ground. A simple e brake or park mode would go a long way here.Overall this is a well engineered product and I am very happy with this purchase!

All terrain 100% grandkids take in fields gravel road everywhere in the country! It is for smaller kids and not adults. Great option that you can choose a lower top speed. Battery life has been great but going to order two more.

I have taken my go kart out atleast 4 time a week to go grocery shopping alone and the gas I'm saving is amazing I would like them to add a locking feature in the app so no one can just jump on and run away with it but all in all it's fun for everyone and if you live near businesses you can save on gas.

Product is engineered well. Good acceleration. However range is disappointing. Range is only about 8 miles.

We bought this two months ago. At first I would have rated it 5 stars. The battery life was great about a month later the battery life began to slowly lessen. Now 2 months in ECO mode it lasts 39 minutes from the 240 minutes originally and in sport mode it went from 120 minutes to 20. This is a lot of money for something that you can't really enjoy because of the constant battery loss. AVOID THIS!!!!!

I bought this Greenworks adult go-kart (weight capacity of 276 lbs) three days ago along with two of the Greenworks mini bikes from Tractor Supply. The mini bikes are holding up well - very impressed. The go-kart is/was impressive as well but I do not know if Greenworks or Tractor Supply assembled the go-kart. After just two days of driving the go-kart by my 15 year old granddaughter (she weighs maybe 100 pounds so not a heavy rider) some bolts/nuts rattled loose and are now missing. The two bolts/nuts that hold the adjustable seat to the frame of the go-kart fell out causing the seat to be completely unsecured - I could lift the entire seat completely up and out of the go-kart - big safety issue! One of the bolts/nuts that keeps the back cargo rack (back right bolt) secured to the frame also came loose and fell somewhere on my forty acres - no chance of finding any of these nuts/bolts. I checked all of the nuts and bolts on the go-kart and the two mini bikes. The mini bikes were fine... so far all of the bolts are still tight... the go-kart had numerous bolts that were loose. Performance and features on the mini bikes and go-kart are impressive but either Greenworks or Tractor Supply MUST have a much better quality control program to ensure nuts/bolts etc. are tightened or torqued properly and checked by qualified QAQC personnel. All parts/components should be assembled properly considering PEOPLE are riding on these machines. Having these safety issues are major concerns of mine but having family with teenagers in town for a week and not having the brand new go-kart available to ride/drive is a big disappointment - sad to say that the basic expectations of tight bolts/nuts on a go-kart from Greenworks does not look favorable to the Brand Name. In fairness to Greenworks I have not contacted their customer service department yet as these bolts these issues were discovered missing today (6-25-24). I will give them the opportunity to make this right and if so I will post another comment explaining what they did to make it right.
