I have two electric corded chainsaws and this battery saw with the chains provided by greenworks cut much faster and cleaner. They cost a little more but I don't have to sharpen as often and I have been very happy with them. You do need to keep on top of how loose the chain is. It is critical to keep the chain tension right because of the sprocket speed you can ruin the chain or have to true up the teeth to keep the sprocket working right. The chain adjustment is easy and can be done in seconds. I have cut dry white oak and red oak with success up to 18'' diameter.
Ordered 8/25/19 tracking says shipping label created on 8/30/19. Order says complete tracking shows has not shipped. Two calls to customer service has assured item will be shipped.....now 9/15/19 and still waiting...
Hard to find the 18 but you had it in stock quick delivery. I installed it yesterday and it was so nice to have a new very sharp chain to work with
The chain sent to me Greenworks 18 CHAINSAW CHAIN - Model 29152 is NOT the same chain as on the original chain saw. It is longer and has fewer cutting blades. It dulls within minutes. DO NOT EVER ORDER THIS CHAIN! YOU WILL BE SORRY!
